Actiwatch^® Trade-in Program Terms

The terms of the trade-in program of competitive actigraphs toward the purchase of the Mini Mitter Actiwatch and the Actiware Software & Actiwatch Reader package are as follows:

1. Toward the purchase of the first Actiwatch AW16, AW64, AW-Score or AW-L and Actiware software plus ActiReader and cable -

• A credit of $1,500 will be allowed for the trade-in of one competitive actigraphy device,* reader and software package with cables and manual.
  

2. Toward the purchase of additional Actiwatch units -

• A credit of 25% of the list price of the Actiwatch models to be purchased will be allowed for the trade-in of each additional competitive actigraphy device.* Trade in value is only allowed on a "one to one" basis.
  

1. Toward the purchase of the first Actical Physical Activity Monitor and Actical software with ActiReader and cable -

• A credit of $300 will be allowed for the trade-in of one competitive Physical Activity monitor,* reader and software package.
  

2. Toward the purchase of additional Actical units -

• A credit of up to $75.00** off the list price of each Actical to be purchased will be allowed for the trade in of each additional competitive physical activity monitor.* Trade in value is only allowed on a "one to one" basis.
  

NOTE:

Actiwatch or Actical quantity discounts do not apply in addition to these trade-in programs.

Trade-in equipment is to be received by Mini Mitter no later than 45 days following the shipping date of our actigraphy devices. If trade-in equipment is not received as agreed, an invoice will be issued for the amount of the credit that was allowed on the order. Trade-in equipment is not required to be in working condition.

*Mini Mitter Co., Inc. reserves the right to determine which competing Actigraphy or Physical Activity systems qualify for these trade-in programs.

**Original purchase price of competing product will be considered in determining the exact trade-in value offered toward the purchase of Actical monitors.
