Metabolic Cage Systems
Techniplast metabolic cages are designed to allow for effortless separation of the urine and feces of rats, mice, or even rabbits. In addition, the specially designed feeding and drinking water bottle assemblies allow for the quantification of food and water that has been consumed for complete energy balance experiments. Air tight Metabowl cages are also available for indirect calorimetric studies as well.
Five sizes of metabolic cages are available:

150 - 300g Rat
300 - 850g Rat
Up to 3kg Rabbit
