VitalView Software
Whether you are monitoring temperature, activity, and heart rate with implanted E-Mitters, behavioral parameters like running wheel turns, or a combination of them all, VitalView software provides the tools you need to direct data collection, pre-process data, and export the collected data to your preferred data analysis software.
And now, VitalView 4.1 has new, improved filtering for ER-4000 activity monitoring.
Configuring VitalView for Data Collection
Setting up VitalView to sample from a variety of sensors for multiple subjects is very easy. Simply create an animal ID, and then select the sensor(s) that you wish to use for that animal. Enter basic channel identification information, the sampling interval and the acceptable clipping limits for each parameter of interest. |

Once you have created the configuration for a single subject, it may be used as a template for additional subjects. Completed configurations can be saved for repeated use.Monitoring Data Collection
 VitalView Data Collection Monitor allows you to scroll through all on-line data channels to view the latest data value collected. Incoming data may be viewed on-screen for up to 24 channels at a time. For more detailed viewing, zoom in on a single channel and see the data values recorded recently for that single channel.
Data Processing
 VitalView is designed to allow you to quickly load, filter and export your collected data in one of three export file types for further analysis.
Select the data you wish to view by indicating the time span and the channels you wish to load. Use the filtering functions to remove artifacts or change the data resolution. Export the data into ASCII, Actiview, or TAU chain files directly from VitalView.
